At EngagementHealth®, we're so confident that we'll be able to reduce your annual healthcare costs that we put a portion of our fees at risk. Regardless of your choice of funding models, EngagementHealth gets paid the contribution differential paid by non-participants. But under our variable funding model, we put the portion of our fees that are derived from annual trend savings at risk. That means we don't collect this fee unless we deliver quantifiable savings in your actual healthcare claims costs and the amount we collect is contingent on the amount you save. It also means that the burden and risk for program success resides with EngagementHealth.
